Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parking on lawn or playing on new lawn please maximum of 4 cars on property per East Hampton laws.
No smoking of any substance in the house or on the property. There is a $250 clean fee for each violation.
no outside music, load noise outside or on the deck after 10:00PM or shouting from the deck anytime.
