Guests can relax in style at this conveniently located home with all the modern amenities you would expecting an updated home. With a washing machine, dryer, AC, WiFi, full kitchen and dedicated workspace. Two full bathrooms and a half bath downstairs. Plus, there's an additional office space with a comfy futon. Came into town for Ironman Wilmington. The house was very conveniently located just a 10 minute walk to downtown. Everything was super clean in the property. Jonathan was very helpful and provided quick responses! Cannot wait to book it next year!

I can’t begin to adequately describe what a pleasure this property was to visit. The minute details were outstanding (gourmet coffee, snacks, board games, toiletries (my daughters especially loved the Native brand soap and shampoo), magnifying cosmetic mirror, “guest ready” streaming on all the tvs, remote control ceiling fans, super comfortable beds and furniture & soft towels). Aside from the quaint and private property (private parking in back, picturesque patio, and charming porch with a rocking chair and swing), this house was exceptionally clean. It smelled great when we first walked in, and even the refrigerator and kitchen drawers were spotless. The convenience to downtown shopping and restaurants/nightlife was a major plus. It was an easy 5-10 min. walk. After a great dinner, we came back and had a fun night playing board games at the elevated bar/dining table in the main living room.My only regret is we couldn’t stay longer.
