Stay two miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, minutes from downtown shopping and dining, and enjoy access to cable TV with free DVD movie rentals, game room with pool table, and a heated pool in the summer. River Song is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath chalet featuring two queen beds, one full futon, and a full kitchen (minus oven). This unit has an air conditioner. This Estes Park, Colorado rental is the perfect place to stay for your next vacation. Dine on the patio with a gas grill or unwind in front of a wood-burning fireplace. Stays include complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter and free Wi-Fi. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps six.

Fantastic location - ease of getting into RMNP and to the town of Estes Park. Cute little cabin had everything you need to relax for a weekend - comfy beds and couches, full kitchen, outdoor patio, and pool on the property. Cabin grouping and property was quiet and tree-filled - very relaxing after long hiking days. Thank you!

Easy check in. All necessities provided. Very smooth stay. The cabin is simple, but had everything we need. I will note that the mattress on the hide-a-bed is thin and it has mechanical issues. However, everything else was fine. The shower temperature and water pressure is excellent, which is important to my husband. :-)

Quick Getaway

There are several positive reasons to choose this property when looking for a place to stay. One of these include the location. You are far enough out of town to be away from bunches of people yet close enough to easily access places you’ll want to such as groceries, gas, restaurants and shopping. There is a walking path nearby but sadly you have to walk along the roadway for a bit to access it. Being pet friendly is great. Almost everything we did in the area welcomes well behaved dogs. There is a great dog park in town that is awesome to have your little buddy burn off some energy.I was a bit disappointed in the lack of cooking availability. There is no oven which I should have been able to find in the listed amenities so I’ll accept that, but there is also limited cooking utensils. Would have been nice to have a skillet to use to cook eggs for breakfast. The gas grill provided was awesome though for grilling supper. Lots of wildlife in the area to watch.Overall, I would recommend it as a place to stay. Price is in line with what you get.

I am not sure of the walking path you are referencing, but it may be the cement path provided by the Town. The Town just recently extended that path.
