We LOVE staying here! We come every year for CSU Family weekend and it is perfect. The property is amazing, the home is immaculate and very thoughtfully stocked. It is not far from CSU and there is a really cool coffee shop around the corner. We had a great time!

This little loft was perfect for a quick visit to the Front Range when we were out west. The little town is cute and quiet. It was clean and had everything we could have needed for our family of 3. Games, pots and pans and dishes, books, and a lovely little deck to watch the rabbits.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy studio in Timnath. It was spotless and perfect in every way. The hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We will be back again when visiting our family. Highly recommended!

This was such a great and cozy space! We were able to bring our dog and felt very much at home. This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. All of our needs were met and the owners are very sweet. Highly recommend this cute studio 😎

A gem in Timnath

Had a great stay, place was well equipped, comfortable, and an excellent location. Bonus was getting to meet Bean. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Cozy and so charming! I quick walk to a brewery and coffee shop. And a quick drive to the Arena for a concert! Highly recommend!
