This cozy retreat features wood walls, cabin décor, electric heating and AC, open-concept living, a plush king bed, private bathroom, and full kitchen. Enjoy reserved parking and a private covered porch with a sitting area in a fenced yard shaded by fruit trees. Walk to the river or reach Midtown's shops, galleries, and restaurants within minutes for dining and entertainment options.

• Located on the first floor of a two-story building, private entrance within a fenced yard
• Private bathroom – note there is a step up into the bathroom from the main floor
• Full kitchen with essential cookware & grocery store within walking distance
• Coffeemaker – please bring your own ground coffee, does not use K-cups
• Wine glasses with wine bottle opener
• Smart TV with apps for streaming services – feel free to log into your own accounts during your stay
