The Master bathroom features a huge Master Bathroom with a jetted bathtub and a shower for ultimate relaxation. There is a new fenced in outdoor space with professionally designed paver patio where you can enjoy summer evenings with a built in fireplace! The newly finished basement features a wet bar, billiard room, living room, full bathroom and 2 bunk beds twin over twin and full over queen! We have included 2 65" brand new smart tvs along with a bar tv. Kickback, relax, and enjoy getting into the Saratoga State of Mind! We are close to everything, only 10 minutes away from the Historic Saratoga Track! Less than 5 minutes away from Brown’s Beach which is Saratoga Lakes only public beach! Our house is only 15 minutes away from SPAC if you’re coming to catch a show at one of the best outdoor venues. We are less than 5 miles away from The Saratoga Battlefield and if golfing is your passion we are less than 10 minutes from Saratoga National Golf Course!

We live less than 5 minutes away from our rental so are easily available to help with anything you may need. We have lived in the Saratoga area for 18 years and are very familiar with the area.

Why they chose this property

The house is located on Saratoga Lake, although we do not have lake rights for our guest we live less than 5 minutes away from lake public access points. We have 3 inflatable paddle boards, 2 youth kayaks and an adult kayak which you have access to, so bring your lifejackets!

What makes this property unique

Our newly finished walkout basements is a feature that is truly unique and although you may want to enjoy the outside patio, there is so much to do inside with a beautiful pool table, wet bar, 3 tvs and a full bathroom!
