Welcome to the Central Coast! Bring your family and friends to this GORGEOUS property that belongs to the world famous photographer Chris Burkard! Two houses on one property to allow enough space for everyone to spread out but still be close. Beautiful country setting, luxurious furnishings, and amazing photography with only being minutes to the best activities, beaches, adventures, and wine tasting!
Amazing location, sleeps 13, and with spectacular décor and country views you can't go wrong!
Main House:
Four bedroom, 2.5 bath:
Three Queen rooms, One double twin room
Guest House:
Two bedroom one bath:
Two Queen rooms, one room has and additional day bed.
Fully equipped living and dining area.
Wake up to the deer walking through the grass and enjoy the peaceful country evenings. Bonus! Three alpacas live on the property and are an absolute delight (but no touching!).
Distances:
Pismo Beach - 4 miles
San Luis Obispo - 11 miles
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parking available up for 6-7 cars.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as a Smart TVs so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport.
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
