Great winter in Davenport

A perfect spot for Snowbirds coming from the cold north. We stayed 3 glorious months, being able to walk out the patio door into a heated pool was exactly what we were looking for. A very quiet neighborhood and a nice walking path close by. Many restaurants and a great shopping plaza close as well. Any issues were Promptly addressed.
