The Big Brown House
Enjoy being 1 mile from Beaver Stadium and PSU straight down University Drive while staying in the main level of this large custom home in an upscale neighborhood cul-de-sac.
This home is available for 2-night minimum stays during football season (9/1 - 11/30), and is available for individual room rentals for female travel nurses for 30+ day stays from 12/1 - 8/31. For room rentals, we do not allow visitors or pets, as it is a shared space with professional housemates in an all-female shared home.
Tucked away for privacy, the entrance to our home is located down a sloped driveway. The secluded setting ensures a quiet and peaceful retreat, with the home nestled away from the cup de sac for added tranquility.
The spacious living room features 3 leather sofas and a 65" smart TV (without cable service).
An extra-large chef's kitchen awaits, fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and entertaining at the oversized island, perfect for gathering while meals are prepared. The upper deck has a patio table for six with beautiful views. Inside, there's a dining room with table for six. Whether you choose to eat indoors or out, the space is designed for both comfort and spaciousness.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have the whole main level of the house and upper deck to enjoy. A small propane grill is available, and users must accept its' used condition as-is.
HOUSE RULES:
NO VISITORS, UNREGISTERED GUESTS, OR PARTIES
NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE PROPERTY
ONLY 1 VEHICLE PER BEDROOM IS ALLOWED PER BOROUGH SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE.
NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM - 8AM.
MUST BE OVER 25 TO BOOK.
We only accept families or groups of related individuals. No groups of unrelated individuals are allowed.
Breaking any of the House Rules is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund and/or a charge of $200 per person/per day above 6 person Maximum Guest Count.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off dial thermostats in every room. Turn off central AC. In winter, leave central thermostat set to 55 degrees to prevent freezing pipes.
Close all bedroom doors and exterior doors.
Log out of your streaming accounts on all TV's.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
