Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfectly setup with all bedrooms having an ensuite great for two separate families. Location was fantastic with great beach access only a short walk. Very spacious! They also worked with me for an early check in with a fee which was fantastic because we arrived quite early that morning and did not want to pay a per night fee just for checking in early. They were also very responsive:)

A Great Family Getaway with a Few Cautions

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a wonderful trip and truly enjoyed our time at this property. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The property is ideally located, with direct access to a beautiful beach and a well-kempt pool area. The grounds are well landscaped and tidy, and secure.Parking is assigned, which we really appreciated. It made arrivals and returns from day trips simple and stress-free. Note: the parking spot numbers are not in numerical order. The condo itself was amazing. The unit was well equipped, with enough kitchen supplies to get us through our trip easily. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We especially loved the view from the porch. We’d absolutely consider staying in this unit again.We did experience an issue with the air conditioner. It wasn’t functioning properly and seemed to be stuck at around 77–78 degrees. We did call to report the issue and it was addressed quickly and efficiently!More concerning, though, was the elevator. Do not use Elevator 1 (the one closest to the condo). Our family of five got stuck in it, and it was a very unsettling experience. We were eventually rescued, but it certainly put a damper on the day. Later that evening, we spoke with some firemen who happened to be at the complex for more individuals getting stuck, and they told us this wasn’t an isolated incident. Apparently, getting stuck in that elevator is a frequent problem in this building. That’s something we wish we had known in advance. For safety reasons, we avoided all elevators for the rest of the trip and stuck to the stairs.We’d definitely return and feel comfortable recommending this condo to others, with the small caveat to be cautious about the elevator.
