Great Find for a large family reunion

What a great house. Had a cousins reunion over Thanksgiving where we had folks from 2 to 53. We didn't even need to go anywhere with the great pool, Jacuzzi, game room and large dining room and kitchen. The themed rooms worked perfectly and we all loved the attention to detail. Would go again there in a heartbeat

This was the best VRBO property we’ve stayed at yet. Plenty of space for our crew of 36. Be sure to take your own pool towels! We loved our time here together. The large bar was the perfect set up for the meals we had catered. The rooms were perfect, enough king rooms for the adults and older grandkids and enough fun themed rooms for the kids to have a really memorable experience. My two teen granddaughters were delighted to sleep in the Minions bus.

Loved the house and especially themed rooms and pool. Some were disappointed though not having a TV in the room. Kitchen space is a little small. We are use to have more amenities such as 2 stoves and microwaves with a double sink. Parking is a pain with a large group. Overall it was good and most importantly we were together

This home has the potential to be an amazing vacation property, but unfortunately the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service fell well below expectations.Upon arrival, it was obvious the home had not been thoroughly cleaned. Heavy dust covered light fixtures, the refrigerator, headboards, baseboards, and other surfaces throughout the house. Several pieces of furniture were damaged, the stairway banister was loose, and the pool enclosure had a torn screen that allowed bugs and even frogs into the pool area.The biggest concern was the bedding. Multiple sheets and mattress pads had noticeable stains, which is unacceptable for any vacation rental. It was embarrassing to have family members sleeping on stained linens.When we reported these issues, we were told some areas "aren't normally cleaned." Although a cleaner was sent, they only cleaned the light fixtures and refused to address the remaining concerns. The responses felt more like excuses than solutions.We also dealt with ants and other insects inside the home and purchased bug spray ourselves. We only stayed because finding another 15-bedroom home with private bathrooms for our group on short notice wasn't realistic.This property has tremendous potential but needs a much higher standard of cleaning, better maintenance, and more responsive customer service. Until those issues are addressed, I cannot recommend staying here.

It was a delightful space for our large family reunion. The screened in pool area was great at keeping the bugs away and allowing for a breeze. We appreciated the stainless steel pans, 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. We bought large aluminum roaster pans, as there aren’t large baking pans for a huge group. The beds are all very firm. They don’t provide extra towels for the pool which we would have appreciated, but some people brought their own, and it worked out. For our large family it was an ideal location, with plenty of spaces for spreading out or getting together as a group.
