Inside a quiet gated community on the only island in Arizona, you can enjoy the gorgeous views of Lake Havasu City from the balcony of your two-story home. This home includes stainless steel kitchen appliances including a 5 ft. wide refrigerator and a pot filler faucet over the stove. With plenty of kitchen space and a walk-in pantry, the storage is endless! Don't miss out on this island treasure! We we do take a $1000 refundable deposit on all our houses.
