Great home with wonderful host!

I went to Lake Havasu City with a few friends to visit our friends who live there. We stayed in this home and it was wonderful! Even before we arrived, Terry was very communicative and accommodating. He wanted to ensure we had a good stay, and we absolutely did! The house is lovely, was clean and well-appointed. We loved the pool and hot tub! It was a great location and close to our friends. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Comfortable, Clean, Centrally Located

Our group was very happy with our stay. Terry was a great host and was very quick to reply to all questions and concerns. I understand that the agreement Terry requires you to sign can seem daunting and over the top, I understand why he asks this of his guests to protect his property. This property is in wonderful condition and he does not ask too much of the guests. I give this place a 5 star for cleanliness, centrally located (super close to the London bridge). Highly recommend staying here!

Great location

Our family vacations to Lake Havasu a few times every year from San Diego. This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home is clean, nice pool, and jacuzzi. Terry was great to work with. Very easy check in and not time consuming at all. His customer service is as professional as it could be in an era where good customer service is too often forgotten about. I highly recommend this home to any family of 8-10. Thank you John & family

Great location

Short walk to Main Street with restaurants and bars, house needs small updates but clean and comfortable except 4th small room had a pull out uncomfortable mattress that after talking to Terry said he was going to be replaced. A nice upgrade would be a Keyless entry lock.. Overall great place to stay..

A Great Getaway!

Super clean, and one of the best stocked properties we’ve stayed in with a perfect location close to everything. Communication with the Host was very responsive and helpful. The house had plenty of room for all of us and everyone enjoyed their stay. The pool and spa where our favorite and they got plenty of use! We will definitely consider staying here again.

This was a great location, close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, library, & the Bridge.

The pool and gated back yard were such a blessing along with the garage. We did play billiards and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. It was a great space for 6 adults and three small children. It was great to have the ability to do laundry. Do note that it is an older home and things are showing wear and tear. If bed size is important to you also note there is a king bed but the other two rooms are doubles not queens as listed. Terry responded quickly to all questions and his list of things to do around Lake Havasu was very much appreciated.

We had a great time the house was clean and very spacious and Mr. Terry was nice. The internet service was slow and Wi-Fi was not included. We did ask but we weren’t willing to pay. It’s was ok we were at the river most of our stay.

We were a group of 7 and the house was perfect for us. The property owner is a wonderful person. Very accommodating and easy to contact. The house is very clean and nice. Very close to the lake and town. Played some pool and in the pool! We had a great getaway.

Great location, great renter

This location is great for a visit to Havasu, the 4 minute drive to the London Bridge, perfect position to the best eating locations in town, and overall location makes visit easy to enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Terrys house supplied with all you need for a comfortable stay and my family and I will be booking again.

Great Getaway

Location was great. Walking distance from downtown or the English Village where London Bridge is. Plenty of space with great patio area for cookouts and relaxing in the hot tub. Terry was a great host only a phone call away.

The house was great and just as described. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room and sleeping options. The pool was awesome and the location was fantastic. Terry is a great host and made sure everything went smoothly, great communication. Stay here!

Comfortable home

We arrived late at night but the check-in was easy. The home is very large and with 4 women being able to have their own space we were super pleased. The pool is great...clean and large enough for tubes and such. We never used the hot tub as the temperature was between 110-120 the entire time we were in Lake Havasu. Same for the pool table...it was just too hot. A couple of the ladies took a walk in the morning (before 6am because of the temps and said the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is definitely within walking distance to London Bridge and all the sights. There's also a grocery store just up the street which was very helpful. The house was fairly clean. We did see a few cobwebs but they were up high. The master bathroom tub/shower was an interesting concept however the grout is pretty old and yucky. The sheets on the master had 2 holes in them. The TVs weren't easy to figure out but the owner responded quickly and helped us out. Although there wasn't much available to watch. We wished they all had Netflix capabilities but only the one in the master did so even though we stayed inside a lot we didn't watch much tv. The kitchen had most necessary items although it was quite chaotic. Nothing (except the tableware and silverware) really seemed to be in the correct place so we did a lot of hunting and searching. I think some organization and probably some labels would be very helpful. We loved the ability to use the garage and pull up right to the door. The car didn't get unbearably hot since it was inside. Terry was a great host and the house was nice and worked for our group but we don't have a need/desire to return to Lake Havasu.
