I'll be honest, we have been coming to OB and GS for years. This is, by far, one of the best places we have ever stayed. I have bookmarked this condo so that we can try to stay here again. I have no complaints whatsoever. Thanks for one of the best family vacations ever!

Disliked: Communication
Very clean and updated unit. Typical appliances for condos in this price range. Knives are rather dull but remainder of cookware is good. Cabinets could use some stoppers. Needed to be careful not to bang them at first. Overall we were pleased with the condo. Highly recommend. Will plan to rebook in future if available.

Beautiful property, beautiful beach and view. Only issue was that the thermostat would bounce all over the place (setting itself to 85 degrees) causing the condo to become uncomfortably warm, especially at night. We contacted Liquid Life and they said they would send someone to address the issue, but they didn’t. It was brutally hot last week. Maybe look into this but overall no other issues and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We have stayed in this complex for many years and have always found it enjoyable. The building is clean and well kept. Our specific condo was clean and ready at check-in time. Our only complaint is that the living room furniture really needs to be replaced. Both sofas sink in at the middle section. The beds were clean and very comfortable.
