Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is multicultural and quiet, yet centrally located, to many recreational activities. Close to all major freeways, the airport, light rail transit, downtown seattle, beaches, the mountains, and major shopping. It is really a great location and a safe quiet area inside metro Seattle.
What makes this property unique
The charming layout of this little bungalow is located on a 9000 square foot corner lot, on a dead end road, so it is very quiet. It has a built in Mother in law with it's own access that is separate from the main upper unit, which is great for multiple members of a family to stay together, yet have privacy when needed. There is a large yard for enjoying some outdoor activities and it gets a ton of light inside and outside of the home, which makes it feel welcoming and cozy.
