The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS Check-out is at or before 10 AM. Rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. Close all doors and windows. Turn off all lights . Drop us a message before you leave.

Leave the key on the kitchen counter and exit through the kitchen patio door unless the host messages you with other arrangements. Place covers on outside garbage containers.

Do not leave garbage bags exposed outside; if necessary, place garbage inside the green containers located on the back, outside upper level.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The owner will welcome and tour guests upon their arrival. We don't allow bookings made on behalf of others. A signed waiver of liability is required.

Occupancy must not exceed the listed maximum at any time (a maximum of 8 guests only). Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the House Rules Agreement and Waiver via email to review and sign electronically.
