The Catalina Lakeside Retreat is a delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo tucked right into the shoreline of beautiful Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas! Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, our condo offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The condo is centrally located off of Central Avenue and close to Futrell Marine, which means you will be able to see all the activity taking place on the main channel of the lake from the charming & pleasant back porch.

Lake Hamilton has its water levels drawn down 3-5 feet every Winter from November 1st to March 1st for maintenance. This may affect the water level at this property and the ability to fish and/or swim around the property during these dates.

If you plan on bringing 2 or more vehicles, there is 1 Dedicated parking spot for this Condo. The complex has 3 Shared Parking Spaces. If the shared parking spaces are full, we will have other recommendations, but it may require you to park remotely and have the other vehicle follow and pick you up.

Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras located in the front. There are no cameras in the interior of the home.
