I have stayed in many VRBO's and this one is at the top of my list. Very spacious, 5 bedrooms with four full bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely patio deck with comfy chairs, plus a fire pit with chairs and a pier and dock to really get out and experience the beautiful lake that is just steps from the back door. Just a lovely spot with restaurants and things to do and see in the Chataqua Lake area. We had a wonderful stay! You can't go wrong by booking here.

This house was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of room to sleep, relax and enjoy meals in the large kitchen. Plenty of activities to do on the property and in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to this house for the last 5 summers and it never disappoints! It’s large enough to accommodate our family, has the most beautiful view of the lake and great proximity to restaurants and shops. We look forward to our week here every summer.

Lovely lake front house with lots of room for my family and friends. It is in a great location in Bemus Point. The house was clean, roomy and airy. Loved having the 4 bathrooms. I thought it was better in person than the pictures showed. Host communication was great with easy check in and check out.

We absolutely love it here. This was our 3rd year staying here and the house is our little getaway on the lake. The owners are lovely, communicative and have this property set up for an amazing fun time at the lake with indoor and outdoor games.

Beautiful place for a large group! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen was perfect for everyone to gather in! Having bumper pool right in the kitchen was a big hit! Truly enjoyed our stay!

September getaway

Great home for a group get away. Nice to find a place that actually seats the entire group at dining table and in living area (we were a group of 8). Beautiful location with great views. Also, had everything you need for a getaway from home, no need to bring anything other than food, clothing, fishing gear and camera.

Labor Day getaway

We had a wonderful stay over the long holiday weekend. The house was well stocked and there were so many games and activities at the house. The house was just a short distance away from many lake activities and the downtown area. We would definitely recommend to to others and come back.

Great lake getaway!

Lovely house in a perfect location. Loved the dock going into the lake. Lots of fishing and swimming to be had. We also rented Kayaks from Bemus Point Water Toys. Would definitely recommend this house and the owners were very responsive and easy to work with.
