Boyne City was voted one of the top Main Streets in America. It boasts great restaurants, shopping, and a farmer's market. It is also a short drive to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Boyne Mountain, and Avalanche Bay Waterpark.

The 4 bedroom home is perfect for families or groups traveling to Boyne City. On the main floor, the spacious living room and dining room allow for plenty of room for a group. Kick back on the front porch or around the fire pit and enjoy the quiet hustle of downtown Boyne City.

There is a brown shed across the alley and another shed in the backyard that you can find games toys for the water wagons the cushions to the chairs are underneath the porch
The garbage is located on the north west side of the home on the lower level. Please take it out upon your departure.

I purchased this home for the historic Craftsman architecture and am restoring it to preserve the historic characteristics.
