* Online purchases should be sent via UPS, DHL, or FEDEX; USPS
deliveries will be returned.
* Additional charges may apply for non-compliance if the owner has to
repair or pay for extra cleaning.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heater costs $35 per day and requires a minimum of 2
consecutive days; it must be requested 48 hours in advance.
* Pool temperature will not exceed 95F and will not work in cold
weather conditions.
* The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will only be heated with the
pool, maintaining the same temperature.
* Use of the pool heater during cold conditions may activate a safety
shut-off, and no refunds will be provided if desired temperature is
not reached.
