Perfect for a weekend at Universal

The location was super convenient; The house was clean and, as described, has a game room that our 2 kids had fun in. I had some questions before check in and during our stay and the owner responded immediately, which was much appreciated.

We provide budget-friendly accommodation for families, and the property is accurately described in the listing. If you felt it did not meet your expectations, you had the option to decline check-in or contact us or VRBO support immediately so the matter could be addressed. You chose to stay for the duration of your booking. The concern appears to have arisen only after we were unable to accommodate a late checkout request, as it was Christmas Eve and we had another confirmed booking the same day. Our cleaner requires 5–6 hours to properly prepare the home, which makes late checkouts impossible under these circumstances. While you suggested the cleaner could clean while you remained in the property, this is not standard practice in the U.S. and is not feasible. We encourage guests to leave fair and objective reviews. Prospective guests are welcome to review our other VRBO reviews, which accurately reflect the quality of the property and previous guest experiences.

Great location and very clean

This was the cleanest and thoughtfully stocked stocked place. Our whole family commented on how clean it was. It also smelled great. The master bed was really nice, and the pillows felt newer and were fluffy. You can’t get a better location if you’re going to Universal. We Uber a lot and an UberXL to 10-15 on average. The house is right next to a busy intersection so you will hear honking, but there’s also one noise machine and we used our phone for white noise at night and it didn’t bother us. The host was very nice and helpful.. I would definitely stay here again.
