Amazing stay

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was amazing. The property is very clean and has everything you need. It was a real home away from home. It’s very close to lots of attractions and it also has ample free parking. The beds were super comfy and we had very peaceful nights. It’s very quiet. The pool and other amenities on site were really clean. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Superb location, loads of room, great security, superb communication and flexibility with owner and great support whilst in property when needed. Would recommend to families and will definitely rebook if we are ever back in Florida.

Condo was fully equipped with kitchen items, towels and to the children's joy, a floaty for the pool. Clean and tidy, great condition. Great location, close to Disney Parks.

Great condo-would recommend

We had a great stay at this condo in June. The property is well equipped with everything you might need and plenty of towel, beach towels, dishtowels etc. It also had a highchair which I hadn't even thought about but made feeding the baby much easier! Plenty of parking right outside too. You do need to pickup a key from the management company but their office is really close to the condo, we arrived after their opening hours and our key was in the lockbox exactly as per their instructions. Windsor Hills is a fab location and the pool is great- I especially like the zero entry aspect to it, the new splashpad and slides looked to be completed and I'm sure they will be a great addition. This condo is close to everything- there is a brand new walmart about 1 minute down the road-unfortunately it is really busy all the time but there are plenty of other shops and tons of great restaurants within a few minutes drive. We took the Sherberth Rd entrance to Disney and had parked and were going through the turnstiles in Animal Kingdom 10 mins after leaving the condo! Thanks for everything!

Excellent condo.

This condo is excellent. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. In really good condition and clean. For us, at least, it was conveniently located.The property manager and the owner were both very pleasant and very helpful. We booked this for 2 months last year and have done the same for 2026.

Great Times

The whole process was very smooth, the house was clean, had all the necessary utensils and the rooms were perfect for our needs, we were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. The pool is heated, which was a very pleasant surprise, everything was very good!

Great place

The host is very communicative and responsive. Lots of great communication leading up to the stay. The unit is clean, very appropriate space, only thing is the units are not stocked with paper products or garbage bags but that's a simple fix down the street at Walmart.Pool is beautiful and heated. Gorgeous, great place. Will stay again!

A great home away from home

This condo (property) was as described in description as listed on VBRO. Condo was ideally located (ground level), little confusing at first with ("code) but all good. This met our needs; was clean & comfortable, with all amenities. Location was easily accessible.

Nice, clean property in a good location.

My fiancé and I rented this condo for our second annual “grand“ vacation with my four granddaughters ages 10 to 5. I knew that the waterslides and pool would be a huge hit with them and of course they were. I was glad that there were other activities there for us to enjoy free of charge such as movies three times a day, Bracelet making, sticker exchanges. There is also a small arcade, as well as playgrounds, ping-pong tables, billiards and a tennis court/pickle ball area that we actually never saw. You are able to rent equipment for all the above with cash only. The condo is clean and had most everything we needed. My granddaughters liked that the switch plates are low. I would be concerned if I had a toddler because it would be far too tempting to turn lights on an off that they could reach. Lol I wish that I had realized they did not have shampoo and conditioner, but that was available at the small market place near the pool. The pool area was not overcrowded, and I definitely appreciated that. We did not have any of the food or drinks at the bar/grill so I can’t comment on that. The owners have left some beach/pool toys and a couple of beach chairs for your convenience. There are also plenty of towels and beach towels. Our trip was a real success, and we all had a wonderful time. We will definitely consider this property for a future vacations.

Our love for Disney world along with all the other attractions the Kissimmee/Orlando area has to offer sold us about the area , What we like is that not only are we close to the attractions , But both coasts of Florida are very close , with in an hour and the Orlando International airport Airport is about a twenty minute drive.The Walt Disney entrance is about 1 1/2 miles , Sea world is 7 miles and Universal theme parks is 12 miles. New stainless appliances (3-15) , New living room furniture (9/15) , New carpets in bedrooms (9-15), Newly painted (3-15).
