We chose this neighborhood because it's the perfect mix of peaceful and convenient—a quiet, safe area where families can truly relax, yet close enough to all the excitement Orlando has to offer.

What we love most is how easy it is to get to Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, usually in a short drive. At the same time, you are just around the corner from Champions Gate, great shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores—everything you need is nearby!

The neighborhood is clean, friendly, and family-oriented. After a long day at the parks, it is so nice to come home, take a dip in the pool or spa, and unwind in a calm setting away from the crowds.

It’s truly the best of both worlds: close to the action but peaceful like home—and that’s exactly what we wanted to offer our guests.
