What makes this property unique
The Regency at Poipu Kai has a roofing project going on for buildings 5-9 in the complex that just started at the beginning of April. Due to this the designated parking spot will be unavailable for guest use and guests can park on Poipu Road, or one of the visitor spots between buildings 1-3 on a first come first serve basis.
The pool closest to the property is closed at the time due to the project however the pool by building one is open, as well as the pool that is accessible by FOB for Poipu Kai located behind Kalapaki Joe's.
