Beacon Villa is a very comfortable home. Cozy Fireplace in living room with comfy leather power recliners.‼️ Excellent area near Wake Med. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beautiful home. All bedrooms are upstairs. SMART TV’s in every bedroom, streaming in select rooms. Charcoal grill & Outdoor propane fire pit with comfy outdoor chairs. (We do not supply propane gas) 3 night minimum stay. NO SMOKING inside home. Side patio is for smoking.

Sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. All streets have lights. Shopping center located behind the community. We were made aware of a nightclub in the shopping center so the potential for noise in the area has increased.

Guest access to the entire house except the garage

You want all guests to feel very cozy during their stay at Beacon Villa. Feel right at home. And enjoy Our 1300 sqft home. Comfortable feeling of a cozy villa. Ceiling fans in every room. Bedrooms are cozy and have smart TV’s. Enjoy logging into your account and streaming! Cook your favorite meal in the full kitchen. Gas Fireplace in the living room. Outdoor fire pit with comfortable patio chairs. Please see instructions to operate fire place and gas fire pit. Please keep outdoor furniture covered when not in use to protect from the elements.

NO PETS ALLOWED on premises.

Space for 2 cars on the property driveway… NO GARAGE ACCESS.

Super Walmart is less than 1 Mile away from house on New Bern Avenue. Several fast food places close by less than 1 mile

Thursday’s guests… please take trash can to the curb..
Friday’s guest….. please bring trash can back to designated area in yard.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent hosts for the Holidays

The Whisper Chateau provided everything you could ask for. Host was super responsive (for example, shipped over a hair dryer even though it was not listed as an amenity), and provided more basic goods and treats than other rentals we have stayed in. We came for the holidays, and they provided folding tables and chairs to host a dinner, and beautifully decorated the house with fireplace garland, tree, and gold and red table settings. Our family was impressed. The rental looks new, and furniture was comfortable and well-chosen for an at home feel. Thank you.

Out of state travelers for medical care

Out of state travelers coming to Raleigh to help our daughter recover from a planned surgery. Unfortunately our plans were unexpectedly changed due unforeseen complications and we needed to be in Chapel Hill much longer than anticipated. We only stayed in the house one night instead of 12. Lesson Learned- ALWAYS get the cancellation plan. Unless the property gets rebooked there’s no consideration for refund, including partial. The home was clean and comfortable but we were a bit surprised by how close together homes in this neighborhood were. The picture gave the appearance of a more spacious neighborhood. There wasn’t much parking as the driveway was much smaller than the pictures suggested.The host was very quick to respond and the check in process was easy.
