Room was dirty. Dead and alive brown bugs and I will not say what were. No hot water in kitchen. Did not find washcloths. Patio door difficult to open. Blinds broke. String to open blinds were rather high for short people. Was not informed of steps to get to room. Was not able to tell if room was locked once inside.Location great. This was my third time staying there but was disappointed with room
