Your amazing getaway awaits at this spacious waterfront home on Lake Hartwell!. With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 3 bunk beds (two twin bunks & one full bunk) and a queen sofa bed, there's plenty of space for all guests; 3 full bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower for added convenience. There's also full walkout basement that includes an awesome game area with four arcade machines, air hockey and a foosball table for even more relaxation space and fun for every age. This home also features several all season sitting areas where you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Hartwell in any weather. The backyard area is fabulous, a grill, hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, paddle boards and your very own private covered slip dock (9 feet of depth at full pool).Dock includes a swing and seating, along with an access ladder to the water. Explore the cove just around the corner in a kayak or sit back and watch the breathtaking sunsets over Lake Hartwell. This home is conveniently located in Anderson - 15 minutes to Clemson and by water it is in the heart of the lake with easy access to several restaurants that you can access by water!!! Come check us out!

This was a very fun and nice property for our family on a long weekend. The dock is deep water so even with the lake down we had plenty of room for our boat and the kids enjoyed a little swim and kayaks. The house is a very spacious and fun layout. We had one minor maintenance issue but Larissa was extremely quick to respond and the folks that came to fix it were kind, thorough, and quick. Things happen, the fix was fast and we are all happy! The sun room, hot tub, dock, arcade/game room, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds were our favorites. We will certainly consider this home again in the future!
