Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, where you can easily prepare delicious meals to fuel your beach adventures. Plantation Park 1 is a beautiful, quiet community conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Bethany Beach.
What makes this property unique
When we first toured the home, we were immediately drawn to the spacious kitchen, private backyard, and all the potential it held. At the time, the upstairs of the cottage was an unfinished attic and the downstairs a workshop—but we saw the opportunity to create a charming guest space. We got to work, transforming it into the cozy cottage it is today, complete with bedrooms upstairs and a comfortable living area below. One of our favorite things about the property is how easily it accommodates larger groups, especially with its inviting outdoor spaces.
