Situated on a spacious 1/4-acre lot, this property features a newly finished saltwater Pebble Tec Pool and Spa with Baja tanning shelf. All in all, this home's perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces makes it the ideal desert getaway. Community amenities include Pickle Ball and Tennis courts, community Pool, Spa and BBQ's. Your vacation time is valuable, early check-in and late check-out is allowed when available. (*While we do have a 30 night minimum stay, we are negotiable on our rate during summer months, please feel free to reach out to us with any questions).

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Leave the Pool Key and Garage Door Opener in the bowl on the counter by the thermostat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My wife and I have been spending winter months in the Palm Springs area for the past nine years and this was our favorite place to stay. We liked it so much that we already reserved it for next year. The home is very private, and it’s situated in a very desirable gated community. We enjoyed playing tennis, pickleball and swimming in the community pool. The house has everything you need and the outdoor area is a very pleasant place to hang out. To top it off, the host was very friendly and available to help us whenever we needed it. We are looking forward to returning next winter.
