Beautiful apartment very thoughtfully filled with anything one might need. Steve & Elaine were kind & gracious hosts. The location was perfect. We enjoyed beaches, Historical Portland, Maine Audubon trails, a bird walk with TEMPOart and many fine restaurants. We definitely hit the jackpot!

Elaine and Steve's quiet hideway was so relaxing and perfect for our 6 day stay, we enjoyed every day of our stay here. Decorated beautifully, stocked with everything you'd ever need, including beach chairs and a portable cooler. We enjoyed the location and ease of traveling the coast from this location. We had one of the best vacations here and would definitely stay here again. It was so charming and relaxing to stay here and the hosts were accommodating for all our needs. Elaine and Steve are amazing.

5 stars across the board. The place was perfect- spacious (for 1-2 people), spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed. Hosts were thoughtful in their preparation, and reached out to make sure I had a good stay. High end finishes and appliances. The place has privacy (and quiet) yet easy access to main roads and close proximity to Portland. Highly recommend!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, everything is brand new and modern! It was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you would need for cooking. They even had fresh baked muffins and fresh flowers waiting for us when we arrived. As well as a cute little gift. Elaine and Steve were great hosts and so friendly! This is in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, and Portland is a quick drive. We would definitely stay again! Only recommendation would be to add a deadbolt lock or door chain lock to the apartment door so it can be locked from the inside at night while sleeping! Thank you for the great stay!

Elaine and Steve owned and operated Jordan Rentals, a vacation property management company located at Sebago Lake for over 40 years. We enjoyed helping our clients get the most out of their vacation experience and continue to do so with our Falmouth property.

Why they chose this property

Steve's family have resided in Falmouth since the 18th century, and his ancestors were sea captains, fishermen and even Revolutionary War Veterans. Steve & Elaine are sailors and members of Portland Yacht Club where they moor their sailboat, October.

What makes this property unique

Our home is a 1740 antique cape, located just in front of our rental property. We have a large private backyard and over an acre of land. The apartment is was bulit in 2023 and has all modern amenities and is tastefully furnished and decorated. Falmouth Foreside is a highly desired residential community only 10 minutes from Portland and Portland International Jetport.
