Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Drive up to the 2nd carport toward the back of driveway.
Screen door handle at entrance needs to be lifted up to open.
Use keypad code to unlock door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No cats! Please do not let neighbor's cat in the home.
Pets must be disclosed ahead of time to avoid last minute additional fees. Up to date vaccines and preventative flea treatment required.
No extensive hair treatment is allowed that includes any dyes or colored products. A fee for any damage and cleaning will be charged if used.
