Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry for any frustration with the pool. The request to heat the pool was made on the day of arrival, and as noted at the time, it can take a little while to reach a comfortable temperature once activated. Our team turned the heater on right away, and our team reported no issues with the hot tub. We hope that despite this, you were able to enjoy your time in Sedona.
