Oasis at Magnolia is located in North Myrtle Beach within the golf community of Myrtlewood Golf Club. This top-floor end unit features vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and abundant natural light from large windows. Enjoy the fresh air and landscape from your balcony, accessible through the glass sliding door—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, the main living area is ideal for taking it easy or entertaining. The kitchen, dining, and family room offer a great open feeling that brings a great peace, while the spacious primary bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full walk-through bathroom that connects to the main living space.

Surrounded by greenery, which provides a relaxing environment, is just one mile from the beach. Leave your stressors at the door and take it easy at this serine top-floor condo. Enjoy peaceful mornings with a leisurely cup of coffee with a splendid view of the pool on the spacious balcony. Let the good times roll as many of the attractions, such as, Broadway at the Beach, Skywheel, Miniature Golf, The Wax Museum, and more, are all within 3 miles of our Oasis in North Myrtle Beach.

Located on the 2nd floor, end unit. There is no elevator in the building.

The unit sleeps 6: Master Bedroom with a King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, Two Twin size sleeper Chairs in living area.

KITCHEN
Single cup Keurig coffee maker. Basic cooking utensils, air-fryer, stainless steel appliances, baking dishes, pots and pans, toaster, and much more.

Living Area:
Free WIFI, Smart TV in living room and master bedroom (sign in to Netflix, Prime, and others with your username and password). Washer and dryer, towels and linens provided for the number of guest(s) occupying the unit.

* Free parking for up to 2 vehicles. No trailers and motorcycles allowed in parking areas in accordance with HOA.

* Pool access is behind the condo. Every guess must use the wristbands provided when in the pool area. To access the pool please use the provided key fob. If the key fob is misplaced, there is a $200 charge to replace.

*There are Charcoal Grills located within the vicinity of the pool.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
*Return Key Fob and all wristbands. Lost key fob will incur an additional $200 to replace. * The trash bins are adjacent to the building.
*Turn off all the lights and unplug small appliances. *Place used towels inside the hamper in the master bedroom.
*Please make sure the front door is fully closed upon exiting by pressing the lock button on the keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

• Guest(s) must immediately notify management of any damages or missing items in the unit upon arrival.
