Centraly located on the elbow of Cape Cod, cozy little cottage in isolated neighborhood of like summer homes. Two bedrooms, living room with fold out sofa bed, galley kitchen with attached dining nook, enclosed porch with washer/dryer. Large back yard with deck, enclosure, outside shower, gas grill and plenty of seating. Walking distance to wooded trails, ice cream shops, beaches and restaurants. Short drive to stores, beaches, boats, bike path, restaurants or other Cape Cod attractions.
