Host refused to budge on entry time even though I communicated needing to check in an hour early. House seemed cute at first, but upon closer inspection noticed broken appliances, coffee grounds left in coffee maker, dirty/worn bed frame fabric, mold in laundry room, no kitchen towels or even pot holders. There was also quite a bit of trash in driveway and around the yard. All of my other VRBO rentals have been top notch. This place unfortunately fell short.

The home was clean, maintained and as pictured. The host was easy to communicate with and check in/out was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend this rental.
