A piece of paradise in the middle of the Shenandoah Valley located in a peaceful, quiet , and safe neighborhood. The host is attentive and helpful. The cabin was perfect to bring our two dogs, which enjoyed spending time looking at the beautiful scenery over the farm behind the home.

Great place with privacy and beautiful views. Host thought of everything. Better stocked and more amenities than most rentals. Our dog, Olive, loved the cows out back in the morning.

Olive’s Mountain Getaway

We loved our stay at Olive’s Mountain Getaway! It was such a cute house and only a short drive to Shenandoah National Park. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

A lovely cabin and home, very comfortable. The view is just beautiful and it was so nice to sit in peace and quiet. The sky is beautiful at night. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay!! This property was perfect for visiting Shenandoah National Park, and getting away for a peaceful weekend. The property was so beautiful, clean, and cozy, and the views were stunning. The porch was my favorite part, with a perfect view of the sunrise!! The owner is so friendly and was very quick to respond to any messages. This property is an absolute gem.

It was so tranquil with a beautiful view and a lovely place. We were disappointed that the listing showed a potbellied stove but you can’t use it. They do provide a very small can type of thing for outside fires but you would have to stand directly over it to see the fire. Besides that it was great. We were able to do some laundry and relax after a hectic 5 days in NYC. Seeing the cows come up close to the back porch in the early morning was fun.
