Overall experience was great. The neighborhood was very nice, calm and quiet. The house is amazing inside and out. The only trouble we kept having with our entire stay was with the ac not working. Besides that, everything else was a 10/10.

I would love to say this property was amazing but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I was on a trip with my Girl Scout troop of 8 teens who had worked hard to save enough cookie money to pay for the stay. When we got there the garage was open with all of the host’s belongings in there. I called to have them come take care of that. I did a run through of the house and found black stuff all over the top bunk which I was told was from the new ac, but that bed was under a vent covered in mold. The host changed the sheets. The ac wasn’t working so he text the ac guy that had just replaced the ac. I was told not to contact them about the temp in the house because he could see it on his phone. The ac was fit that night. After he left we found more things. Trash in a couch, a pile of dead bugs, a bottle with cigarette butts in it in the back yard, the patio furniture had mildew all over it, water filter was expired, stair banister was extremely loose, over grown weeds everywhere, the grill was disgusting and had a hole in the bottom of it, a broken window in the living room. We decided we would not be staying there. When I asked about a refund we were told they fixed the issue and would compensate us 100. I explained everything to VRBO and tried to talk to the host but was unsuccessful. I have a girl that is allergic to mold so we couldn’t stay. I have pictures that I submitted but was told the house was professionally cleaned that morning. 10 out 10 do not recommend!!!
