It has easy access to freeways, shopping, local dinners, recreational parks, tennis courts, pickleball courts, lakes, bike trails, hiking trails and a golf course. Not to mention It's strategic location. Sky Harbor Airport is about 10 miles away, ASU Tempe is only 5 miles away, Old Town Scottsdale is only 10 minutes away and Mesa Gateway Airport is about 20 miles away.

Dobson Villas is a well maintained complex. Calm, peaceful and great neighbors. It offers Heated Pool, Tennis Court/Pickleball Court, and serene greenbelt.
The unit has been extensively updated and remodeled with quarts counter tops, new appliances, a king size bed, smart TV with Roku and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
