Escape to this brilliant cottage in picturesque The Villages. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, 2 bathrooms with modern amenities, and an additional office space with a murphy bed. It also includes a 4 seat golf cart! It is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood in the highly sought-after village of Duval. It is a short distance from the Sea Breeze Rec Center and the Duval (adult only) pool. It’s a golfer’s oasis with 8 – 10 golf courses within minutes including Sandhill, Turtle Mound, Truman, Roosevelt, Bogart and Bacall. It is also close to the Pinellas Plaza and Colony Plaza shopping areas. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and unwind in this fantastic home away from home. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Come to The Villages and get access to pools, golf courses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, bag toss, bocce ball among other activities. With over 3000 clubs, join others in playing Mahjongg, Samba, Euchre and many other games. Two town halls are just minutes away, offer nightly entertainment, shopping, and numerous dining options. The temporary resident IDs are available for two for $50.

Parking: This home has a one-car driveway. Please park only one vehicle in the driveway and use the guest parking around the corner for other cars.

This was a great location for us, taking the golf cart to dinner was a highlight. The house was clean and had everything we needed and the host was so easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this house again!

The place was perfect. Exceptionally clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning and evening. My wife commented numerous times on how nicely it was decorated as well.

Comfortable and relaxing

The property did not feel like a rental, felt more like a very cozy home. The decor was superb. Very clean and equipped with everything you would need. Quiet atmosphere. I would stay there again. I give it five stars.

The home is centrally located which allowed using the golf cart to travel to Sumter or Brownwood Town Squares quick and easy. The home has a beautiful and comfy feel, and everything was in great working condition. When I needed to contact the host, I got a quick and very helpful response. I was able to extend my stay an extra week with no trouble I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit The Villages.

A Very Comfortable Stay

First time using VRBO and I must say, we enjoyed the home and location. We were there to purchase a home and wanted to be close to our desired area. The rental was even as described. Comfortable, very clean and well stocked. The communication between both parties couldn’t have been any better. In fact, we left something in the home and it was placed in today’s mail to be delivered to our home in Nashville. Would highly recommend this facility if you need a great place to stay.
