We were very pleased with the accommodations. Everything was clean and well prepared, and there seemed to be most anything we could think of on site in terms of supplies and other items available for our use. The walk to a small beach near a park was convenient -- although no lifeguard at that location -- and it's a short, easy drive to the main drag. The only negative for us was the ongoing house construction on an adjacent property, which we were warned about in advance. But the disruptions were minor, and that won't be a problem for future guests once completed. The firepit was also in an unappealing spot due to the construction, but that also might change. One minor quibble -- the downstairs television seemed much too small for the large room, at least based on how the chairs and couches were arranged. But overall we were very happy with our stay.

The house accommodated 4 adults and 3 children comfortably. It was close to the beach and an easy commute to downtown. There was tasteful artwork around the home and having three bathrooms for 4 people was definitely a positive. We didn't feel the house was particularly young child friendly. The baby gate was difficult to use, and we ended up moving the coffee table against the wall during our stay so the kids would have more room to play. I would consider hiring a new cleaning crew as the floors were filthy. After crawling around our children's legs were black from dirt, and the bathroom with the tub smelled strongly of mold. One of the dinning chairs was broken when we arrived. We didn't feel it was safe for our daughter to play in the back yard because of the drainage ditch. Overall, the house did what we needed it to and we had a good experience, but it could be better.

Great Place to Stay!,

I stayed here with several of my buddies and we had an absolute blast! The cabin was very spacious and nicely decorated. The cabin included all of the necessities (sheets, towels, kitchen wear, etc.)

Great holiday week getaway

Very comfortable and clean place to stay. Had a great time. Only negative is the fire pit is near the woods in the back so more mosquitoes will be around the fire.
