First time to Cocoa Beach we very much enjoyed this property. It seemed to be in a good location. The pool was warm the condo grounds were kept. The other visitors staying in the other condos were respectful and kind. Owner was attentive. Definitely would recommend.

Everything about this place was perfect. Amazing views of the beach from your balcony. Walking distance to everything. The pool was clean and refreshing a great meeting spot. But most importantly. Access to the beach is seconds away. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be back. Dan

Loved our stay!

Great experience, would love to stay again. Had everything we needed plus some! Perfect spot on the beach, not crowed, lots of sand toys. The Wisk and Grind restaurant next door was amazing and so convenient. Quit searching and stay here!!

Great condo for a beach vacation with the family! The unit was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed included beach toys, umbrella and towels. The balcony has a great view of the pool and ocean, perfect for morning coffee before the day gets going. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in/out was seamless. Highly recommend!
