Gorgeous one bedroom oceanfront condo located in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Equipped with full size kitchen (has everything you need to cook), sleeper sofa, HDTV with cable and high speed WiFi. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. Washer and dryer inside the unit. All linens provided including sheets, towels, and beach towels

The view was amazing. Beautiful sun rises can be enjoyed from the condo. Right on the beach for the kids to play. It was clean and the host was kind enough to provide all the required stuff for all the beach activities. The communication was spot on. We even received directions to make sure we will not have tough time with the GPS.
