This 3 bedroom home, 2 full baths sleeps 8 comfortably.
The Master bedroom features a queen size bed, closet, flat screen TV and private bathroom. Guest bedrooms includes a queen size bed, closet and small desk with mirror and lots of natural light. The other bedroom has 2 twin size beds, desk and closet.
Full kitchen with island seating, dining area, sliding door to deck with grill and dining set.
The bright and sunny living room features flat screen TV, fireplace, sleeper couch and side chairs.
The large finished basement offers 2 twin size beds, seating area with flat screen TV, laundry room, playroom. Walk out basement leads to outdoor shower.

This home offers all new mattresses and pillows, new beddings, new furniture and decor to complete your Cape Cod experience with the feeling you never left home.
We do NOT provide linens but we can gladly suggest few local companies that can provide the service for your convenience.

This Town has lots to offer: from the beautiful renowned Chatham Bars Inn, take a walk along the picture perfect lighthouse, learn something new at the Marconi Maritime Center, don't miss the Chatham Town Band every Friday night at 8 pm in Kate Gould Park on Main Street or catch a movie at the Orpheum Theater.
Enjoy a day trip to Nantucket with a short drive to the Freedom Ferry in Harwich Port.
