Very charming and central apartment of 45m2 located in the heart of Paris, right behind Montparnasse station and close to the Eiffel Tower.
Down the street is the amazing place of Egdar Quinet where you have all types of restaurants, cinemas, theaters, bars, street market every Saturday morning.
Next to the building, there is a mall with the cheapest french supermarket and Food society.
Jardin de Luxembourg is 10 min away by bus 58 or 20min by feet.
Catacombs of Paris are 15 min walk.

Everything was lovely and the location was perfect for my first visit to Paris. Fully stocked kitchen, excellent appliances. The hosts kindly let me arrive a little early - much appreciated after almost 24 hours travelling - and were very responsive and gracious when my arthritic old hands couldn’t get the door open. Highly recommend.

The apartment was clean. However, only about 1/2 of the electrical outlets worked. There are a bunch of them, and we travel with our own circuit blocks, so it was not much of a problem for us. The host did have a a couple of multi outlet circuit bars in the apartment. The only real negative was that it lists Air Conditioning, but does not say that it a portable AC and can only cool one room at a time. Also, the window exhaust panel is not long enough to seal the windows, so there is a gap at the top. Luckily, the first day was the only really hot day. Every day after was below 75 F during the day, and cooler at night.The location is great. It's on the north edge of the 14th Arrondissment! You can quickly walk into the Latin Quarter, and some tourist spots, like The Eiffle Tower, are within walking distance. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes as well, and the Metro is only a few hundred feet from the entrance. The area is brightly lit at night. We felt safe.It's a great location!

Thank you very much for your feedback! For the AC, it is actually mentioned in the document I share with guests. Here is an extract: Air-conditioner: It's a moving unit (we are not allowed to mount ACs on the wall in our building). You can place it in the room you want, plug it to the socket and mount the exhaust hose and the rail to send the heating out of the window.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with a lot of restaurants, a Metro station of Line 13, the Montparnasse train station, and a large grocery store with a lot of cheap groceries. The host is extremely helpful, has answered my questions promptly and has given me a lot of useful information, which has made my stay in the apartment a very happy one, and my experience in Paris very enjoyable!

L'hébergement était complètement conforme à l'annonce.L'immeuble est propre et bien entretenu. Il y a un concierge à l'entrée ce qui peut être pratique.Le climatiseur mobile était pleinement opérationnel. Il a été très apprécié en cette période de canicule.L'appartement se trouve à 100m de la station gaité donc tout proche de la gare Montparnasse. Il est aussi très proche de la rue Daguerre que nous apprécions particulièrement.Comme indiqué dans l'annonce il n'y a pas d'écran ni de télé.Chafik le propriétaire réside aux USA, il a été très réactif aux questions posées. Attention au décalage horaire mais cela ne m'a pas gêné, j'ai posé mes questions aux bonnes heures :-)
