Phoenix Gulf Shores II 1503 was clean and modern. The master bed was extremely comfortable, top tier. Kitchen was adequately appointed, with ice maker. Guest queens were also comfortable.However, the guest King bed was awful. The mattress could not have been more than 7-8in thick, and no box mattress under it to counter the sinking. We were stunned considering the quality of the condo furnishings.Be aware also that PGS II has no ADA ramp to access the beach. Stairs only. If you require a ramp to enter the beach, you will not find it here. It leaves the building with only a single entry/exit to the beach for this 125 condo building. Not the fault of the owner, but that should be acknowledged in the listing.No return communication when we used the text feature about check out, but not that big of an issue
