Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Check out at 10:00am. Leave all used beds unmade. Do not remove sheets and bedding from bed. Place dirty towels in front of the washer.

Load used dishes in the dishwasher. Remove leftovers, food and drinks. Discard all trash in the dumpster to left before the exit gate.

Turn off all the lights. Leave pool key on the fridge. Leave thermostat to 75. Notify owner of your departure. Thank you!

Fun family getaway

Smart tvs, cozy and clean beds, and room to gather with loved ones. We enjoyed our quick weekend trip. They were great hostess :) We did order food one night via door dash and had no problems. Great location.

Although there were initial hiccups as soon as we checked-in such as No Wifi and AC not working. But the host was very professional to provide help immediately and got the issue resolved sooner than expected. Overall the stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

Relaxing lakeside condo

We stopped on a road trip for 2 nights over the July 4th weekend. The condo was clean, relaxing, nice views of the lake... we would stay here again. Our kids loved the pool, note that you cannot get into the lake from the property, but the complex has chairs to sit in down at the lake. There is a charcoal grill in the complex as well. Great weekend stop!

Great location pretty view of the lake

It was a great stay. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and view. The master shower was very nice.My only complaint is it looked to me like the wifi was changed out because the username and password provided are incorrect. There weren't really any check-out instructions.
