Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to the metro, 2 major highways, and distance to DC and Virginia.
What makes this property unique
Extremely quiet neighborhood with a beautiful creek in the backyard. The neighborhood is connected to 5-6 other communities via an amazing walking path. Theres metro access via the private tunnel in the neighborhood and very close to downtown.
