Host was responsive. The place was not as clean as one would expect when we arrived. There was a pest trap downstairs that had not been collected and still had a mouse attached. The downstairs also had a bit of an unpleasant odor. The space everywhere else was great.Trash cans in the bear bin where very full and we had to squeeze in our trash at the end of our stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad the space worked well for you and that our team was responsive. I’m very sorry the home wasn’t as clean as expected — the pest trap with a mouse and the unpleasant odor downstairs are unacceptable. We’ve alerted housekeeping and pest control to remove any remaining traps and to deep‑clean and deodorize the lower level, and maintenance will investigate the source of the odor. We’ve also adjusted procedures with our trash service to ensure the bear bins are emptied before arrivals. Thank you for letting us know; your comments help us improve.
