We rented the entire house for a few nights the week before Memorial Day in 2026 and had a fantastic stay. I can't recommend the property or its management highly enough. Kevin was very responsive to the handful of minor questions that we had during our time there. The house was comfortable, well appointed, and fascinating to explore. We would have loved to stay longer if our plans would have allowed.How often do you get to stay in a historic mansion?

The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had prior to our trip, on the day of check-in, and at check-out to make sure everything went smoothly!The posting was mostly accurate, except we had a few surprises on the third floor of the property. If you are against animal cruelty or aren't comfortable with animal faux décor, I would avoid this place. The shower water pressure was quite weak as well. Otherwise, we didn't have many issues!An ideal place for a small corporate retreat, with a wall-mounted TV screen and spaces to meet in both small and larger groups for discussion.
