The host is very welcoming. The place is one of the best I ever stayed - clean, quiet, and private. The full kitchen is very nice.

The host was very responsive but the place had a lot of roaches and you had to pay a extra 100 dollars to use the spa. We had to buy our own tissue and trash bags.

We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and can’t wait for our next trip. The location is beautiful and peaceful, the condo was immaculate and the host(s) were accommodating, reachable and took the time to reply whenever we had questions. Thank you!

On a positive note, the hosts were very accessible and communicated promptly and effectively. The country club does provide excellent amenities. Unfortunately, the Unit fell far short of the expectations created by the listing. Upon entering the Unit, it was immediately obvious that the property suffered a water intrusion calamity that had not been completely remediated. The ceilings in the main living area and in the bedroom show evidence of water intrusion with incomplete patching/painting. The laminate flooring is damaged throughout the Unit and needs to be replaced. There was a masked musty odor in the Unit. The HVAC system is in need of a cleaning and filter replacement. If you are going to use the washer/dryer, you would be advised to exit the Unit when the dryer is running as the harsh metallic shrill it emits sounds like a subway car entering the station. There are 2 very low budget “dumb” TVs in the Unit. If you want to use a streaming service, bring your laptop and an HDMI cable. The listing says that the bed is a king - it is actually a queen - and it is no more than one foot off the ground. The firmness of the mattress is only a small improvement over the floor. We joked that it was like sleeping on a catafalque. There were no wash clothes supplied. The towels that were supplied had hair on them, which was off putting to say the least. The furniture throughout the unit is dilapidated. The reclining chair is broken - do not use it!
